David Coggin Founding Partner
A true veteran of Texas law, David has been practicing in Texas for 50 years. Texas-born and bred, he received his law degree from the University of Texas, graduating in the top 5% of his class and earning admission to the coveted Order of the Coif.
Out of law school, David worked for Geary, Brice, Barron & Stahl in Dallas, and then Brice & Barron before opening his Burleson practice in 1977, where he’s been ever since.
David is married with three children and five grandchildren.
Anthony Coggin Partner
New to the firm, Anthony recently retired from the Air Force after practicing law with the JAG Corps for 20 years. He received his law degree from Texas Tech University.
As a JAG, Anthony served in a variety of practice areas, including military justice, labor and employment, operational law, administrative law, and as a general counsel. Most recently he was an instructor at the Air Force JAG School.
Anthony is married with two children.
Erin Nichols Paralegal
Erin Nichols is an experienced and highly organized professional with a strong background in administration and client services. She is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her can-do attitude and tireless energy to encourage and help others. Erin enjoys traveling, shopping, and reading to her granddaughter.
Erin has two children and a grandchild.
